Celsius at Bryant Park

Celsius, a 7,000 sq. ft. two-story glass-enclosed restaurant, bar, and event space in Bryant Park serves over 30,000 guests in its four-month season

Seaport Ice Rink

5,000 sq. ft. winter rink in Lower Manhattan, offering a unique skating experience under the Northern Lights with over 25,000 visitors per season


In partnership with Howard Hughes Corporation, Legacy conceptualized, produced and operated Seaport Ice, a modular outdoor 12,000 square foot outdoor attraction and ice skating rink with related ancillary facilities that were temporarily installed each winter season on the piers at South Street Seaport. This was the first phase of a master plan to redevelop and infuse community-based activities into the downtown landscape.

Pier 84 - Hook’d on the Hudson

Located on Pier 84 along the Hudson River, Hook’d is a full-service indoor/ outdoor establishment. A prime location nestled next to large tourist destinations including the Circle Line Ferry and the Intrepid Museum.

• Complete interior and exterior redesign and build out of restaurant and bar space located on 43rd Street on Pier 84.

• Operations year-round, with peak activity during warmer months when the outdoor space was in use.

“Grub & Games” and “GRUB & go”, Bluestone


Grub & Games, Lakeside - One of the signature elements of Lakeside in Prospect Park is its food, beverage and hospitality offerings including a full-service, indoor/outdoor café —Grub & Games. Featuring a full spectrum of dining options including light bites, sandwiches, custom desserts, craft beers, wines and specialty cocktails. Grub & Games includes catering services for groups, parties, and special events and Grub & Go for quick takeaway items and snacks.

Juneteenth Celebration

Annual Juneteenth event hosted at LeFrak Center at Lakeside, Prospect Park. A vibrant, family-friendly celebration of African American freedom, culture, and heritage in partnership with Fun with Friends.The event Featured live music and DJ performances, arts, games, and food, attracting diverse community members.

Curlfest Roller Disco

An all-day ticketed event with over 4,000 attendees celebrating African American female empowerment, beauty, and roller disco culture. Bringing together roller disco skating and soul with beauty pop-ups, music, and a lively atmosphere to create a unique experience on wheels.

HBO Film Series at Bryant Park


The HBO Film Series at Bryant Park is an outdoor summer tradition celebrating film and community that is open and free to the public. Hosted on the Bryant Park lawn, the series features classic and fan-favorite movies curated for a diverse audience. With Bryant Park as the central location and iconic backdrop, and HBO’s access to content, the film series grew into a destination for locals and tourists alike.

Event Highlights

• The festival fostered a sense of community as
thousands of attendees gathered for free movie
screenings.

• HBO curated a mix of film classics, blockbusters,
and cult favorites, appealing to audiences of all
ages.

• The festival drew an average of 5,000 attendees
per screening, with certain nights surpassing
8,000.

• Strengthened HBO’s connection with audiences by
creating an interactive, real-world extension of
their brand.

• Solidified Bryant Park’s reputation as a hub for
premier cultural and community-driven events.

Prospect Park Soirée

Attendees prepared delicious picnic feasts, laid out beautiful table décor, and danced the night away to commemorate the Park’s 150th Anniversary.
The theme of the year was creative or custom designed headwear where attendees showcased their most creative pieces with a wide variety of show stopping toppers

• 4K+ attendees, including Senator Chuck Schumer and a number of elected official and dignitaries
• Entertainment included live band, DJ, dancing, live congo line, and prizes for best attire
