Legacy will provide full-service restaurant and catering operations at the Empire Room and Somerset Room at the New York State Fairgrounds. We will introduce a bold, BBQ-inspired restaurant concept alongside customizable catering services for weddings, corporate functions, and community events.
Operating year-round, Legacy’s mission is to enhance the guest experience through locally sourced, New York-centric menus, professional event execution, and a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere. During the annual New York State Fair and throughout the year, Legacy will position the venues as premier destinations for both casual dining and special events.
